Mary Ann Anderson, co-founder, is an expert in System Dynamics.  Prior to founding ProNamix, Mary Ann taught Operations Research and Supply Chain Management at the University of Texas at Austin for 8 years.  Over the past 20 years Mary Ann has built a successful consulting practice in system dynamics and optimization.  Her clients include Shell, Sony, and Ford.  Mary Ann has a MS in Engineering from MIT and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University, formerly known as General Motors Institute.

Suzanne Kalar, Ph.D. co-founder, has led early stage marketing efforts for multiple  high-tech, high growth companies.  Prior to founding ProNamix, Suzanne spent a year developing and implementing the global marketing strategy for an Austin,TX venture-backed clean tech company that started with SBIR funding from NASA.  Suzanne has a Ph.D. in Advertising from the University of TX at Austin,  an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and a BS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University, formerly known as General Motors Institute.
