The purpose of the interviews is to gain an understanding of the current situation and capabilities of the organization. Another critical output of this task is to learn about organizational goals and desired performance targets (i.e. increased throughput, fewer errors, better documentation, higher efficiency).2. Document Current Practices
Using the knowledge obtained from the interviews, a detailed process flow diagram will be developed representing the current process(es). Using standard process flow techniques and tools, ProNamix will provide a visual description of the process (including resources) - allowing a clear comparison to best practices utilized by others and providing a tool to identify gaps in capabilities, effectiveness and capacity.3. Identify Best Practices
ProNamix will identify key competitors and best practices. The focus is on documenting those processes that lead to successful outcomes. ProNamix will research not only within the given industry but will look outside the traditional arena to see whether there are any practices that can be imported to create a competitive advantage.4. Identify Future Needs
Once the current situation is documented and best practices are identified, ProNamix will turn its attention to studying anticipated and future needs of the organization. It is important that plans not only be relevant in today’s environment but also be robust enough to be effective under changing conditions.5. Gap Analysis
A gap analysis will be conducted to identify areas of improvement to meet the performance targets of the client. Areas where the organization currently performs well will also be identified so that they can be fully leveraged and improved upon to provide the foundation for building more efficient processes.6. Develop Recommendations and an Implementation Plan
ProNamix will develop and document new strategies and practices as deemed appropriate. The new practices will not only fill the gaps identified but will incorporate changes that serve to accelerate performance across all functions. A plan will be developed to guide the successful implementation of the recommended changes.7. Create a Resource Plan
From the implementation plans, ProNamix will identify the resource requirements needed to fully implement the recommendations. For this analysis, both internal and external resources will be considered.8. Prepare for Implementation / Implement Changes
